Despite the authors claims that this works with MPEG4 streams, the truth is this only works with the video part of the MPEG stream. Sound is not supported. This is may not be a problem depending on your application, but its something you should know, and something the author should do a better job disclosing. In addition many valid MPEG4 streams are not accepted.
In the end, this is basically an $8 program that will probably just let you watch a soundless MJPEG stream. Kind of like Safari already lets you do...
